From a broken lift to a closed receipt
Iranian buildings run on card-to-card screenshots, cash, and a group chat. Money is opaque, owner-versus-tenant splits turn into disputes, and the building's history leaves with whoever managed it last.
Pothos makes the whole chain trustworthy: a maintenance issue, its evidence, a special charge, its allocation, the collection, the expense, and the final receipt — one workflow, end to end.
Transparent to everyone, private to each
Every resident sees the building's aggregate finances and posted expenses. Nobody sees another unit's debts. Owner-side and tenant-side obligations stay distinct, and the liable side is always the manager's explicit choice.
The financial history is append-only, with reversals and adjustments recorded rather than overwritten. Money never moves through Pothos; payments are made outside and recorded as evidence, approved by the manager.

Units, owners, tenants, residents
Set up the building by mobile number. Area, resident count, and effective dates for each membership drive every allocation that follows.

Charges with a preview
Monthly and special charges are allocated by rule — equal, by area, by residents — and previewed per unit before they are issued.

Payments as evidence
Residents submit proof of payment; the manager approves it, records cash, and posts expenses with receipts. Overpayment is blocked, every step is logged.

Maintenance by QR
A public QR in the lobby lets anyone report a problem with a photo — and only that. The issue becomes a charge, an expense, and a closure the whole building can see.
The pothos is the plant of stairwells and lobbies — the one that thrives in shared light, asks for little, and climbs the building floor by floor, one leaf per node.
Pothos keeps a building's common life the same way: one clear node for every charge, every payment, and every repair, growing along the stairs that everyone uses.
